Site Description: The property is in downtown Napa and about 1/3 of a mile to the downtown core. The inn is in a neighborhood of buildings like itself, beautiful and historic.
The property is well-parked and has a peaceful outdoor patio. There are two structures: the main house and carriage house, each with 5 rooms. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom and climate control. The inn also has an innkeepers quarters.
Structural Description: The historic building was built in 1905 and was converted into a bed and breakfast, with the carriage house addition, in 2001. The property was purchased and remodeled by the current owners in 2006. After Napa’s earthquake, there was no significant structural damage but the foundation needed replacement. So now the foundation is brand new. The entire inn undergoes annual maintenance too.
