Area Description: Brevard, North Carolina, known as The Land of the Waterfalls, is located in Western North Carolina. It is located on two beautifully landscaped acres, just a few blocks from Brevard’s quaint but vibrant downtown. A large foyer welcomes guests with a sweeping view of the long, wide hallway, staircase and leaded glass transoms. Rich woven wallpaper and creamy, detailed wainscoting provide a feel of luxury and warmth. The Inn features six bedrooms with en suite baths, dining room, parlor, library, open-air veranda, landscaped courtyards and a large, well-equipped kitchen. The Inn is a luxury establishment, catering to guests who wish to relax in a quiet, tranquil setting. Each guest room is uniquely furnished. King beds are wrapped in luxurious linens; baths have large walk-in showers and deep soaking tubs. The parlor is a cozy place to curl up by the fire with a book from the Inn library; the open-air veranda overlooks the landscaped grounds, a peaceful, relaxing setting. The gardens welcome walkers and the patio is a perfect spot for dining al fresco. The dining room seats 20 comfortably, perfect for catered luncheons, small wedding dinners, and other affairs. Owner’s quarters include two bedrooms with baths, which could be used as guest rooms.
